A tower scaffold is a mobile tower-shaped structure made of high-quality steel, equipped with wheels. It consists of a movable base and an extension section. The number of sections depends on the height of the scaffold required.
The 6+1 tower scaffold with dimensions of 2.0×2.0 includes a base unit and six floors. To assemble the base unit, the following are required:
- two base supports equipped with wheels and jacks;
- volume diagonal;
- beam-ties – 8 pieces;
- sectional weights – 2 pieces;
- guard rail crossbars – 2 pieces;
- sectional ladder – 2 pieces;
- decking with a hinged hatch – 1 piece;
- solid decking – 2 pieces;
- additional narrow decking – 1 piece.
Each floor includes 12 sectional ladders and weights and 48 beam-ties.
