Construction tower scaffolds are mobile metal structures used for work at different heights. They are equipped with wheels and screws for stability and maneuverability, and are capable of withstanding heavy loads. The tower scaffold can not only accommodate workers, but also construction materials.
The 12+1 tower scaffold kit, measuring 1.2*2.0, includes 12 additional floors and a base block. Each floor is equipped with:
- 24 section ladders and 24 section handrails;
- 96 cross braces.
The base block structure for the 1.2*2.0 tower scaffold is always the same, regardless of its height. It consists of:
- 2 base bars;
- volumetric diagonals;
- 2 guardrail ladders;
- 2 guardrail handrails;
- 2 guardrail crossbars;
- 2 decks (one solid and one with a hatch);
- 8 cross braces.
